Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Inkhub. These Terms govern your access to and use of our platform. By creating an account or using Inkhub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. What Inkhub is

Inkhub is a business management platform for tattoo artists. It allows artists to manage client contacts, quote requests, bookings, sessions, and finances. Inkhub is operated by Inkhub LLC, Servidão professor Bonifácio Francisco Vieira, 104, Brazil.

Clients (people who fill out a quote request or anamnesis via an artist's public link) do not create an account and are not parties to these Terms — they interact only with the artist who shared the link.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an Inkhub account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when signing up.
  • Notify us immediately at contact@inkhub.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Inkhub offers subscription plans with different features and pricing, shown clearly before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to their terms.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice by email.

5. Your content and client data

You retain full ownership of the data you enter into Inkhub — your client contacts, session records, images, and notes. By using Inkhub, you grant us a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining any necessary consent from your clients before entering their data into Inkhub.
  • Ensuring the data you store complies with applicable privacy laws (LGPD, GDPR, or equivalent) in your jurisdiction.
  • Not uploading content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.

You can export all your client data at any time from Settings → Data Export.

6. Health data (anamnesis)

Inkhub allows artists to collect health information from clients via anamnesis forms. This is sensitive data. As the artist using this feature, you are the data controller for your clients' health information and are responsible for:

  • Informing clients what the data will be used for.
  • Collecting explicit consent before the form is submitted (the form includes a mandatory consent checkbox).
  • Using the data only for the purpose of conducting safe tattoo sessions.
  • Not sharing it with third parties.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Inkhub for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to access other users' data or systems.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform.
  • Upload malware, spam, or any content intended to harm others.
  • Misrepresent yourself or your business on the platform.

8. Intellectual property

Inkhub and its logos, design, software, and content are owned by Inkhub LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission. Your own content remains yours.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Inkhub available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. For significant changes, we will notify you by email.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Inkhub is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inkhub LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or loss of revenue. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Brazilian courts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your country.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of significant changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Inkhub after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
